A message from Rob about COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and getting help from the State of Oregon

Thank you for taking a moment to take a look at my website and what I stand for and why I ran for office.

I know a lot of folks in our community are anxious about the Coronavirus. I'm glad our Governor has been cautious and issued safety guidelines that helped us “bend the disease curve” so that our hospitals have not been overwhelmed.  you can read about here, and I think it's important we all follow them.

If you are also coming to my website looking for help from the state of Oregon in order to better weather the pandemic, please click on the link Service Employees International Union (SEIU) put together.  GetHelpCOVIDOregon.org.  It is a “one-stop shopping” link to a site with information about how to get unemployment or apply or food stamps or housing assistance or get access to health insurance including the Oregon Health Plan.  .  I am grateful to SEIU for doing this as this union represents a lot of the workforce that is on the frontlines of this pandemic.

Lastly, if you are having difficulty accessing unemployment or other resources, or just have questions please don't hesitate to reach out to my office at (503) 986-1442 or rep.robnosse@oregonlegislature.gov
